DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

R.Nook provide free delivery to the UK for any order worth £75 and over. Below that amount we charge a flat fee of just £3.99.

Orders to the rest of Europe have free delivery over £100. Below that there is a flat fee of £5.99. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery will be made via Royal Mail First Class or tracked courier service to the address provided.

If your goods do not arrive within 7 days please contact us at info@rnook.co.uk and we will obtain a delivery date for you. If goods have still not arrived 10 days after contacting us then you may cancel your order and we will arrange a refund.

We will either deliver your order to:

  • the delivery address stated on your order form
  • R.Nook Linen Green, Moygashel (when a customer chooses click and collect)
  • when a product is paid for by PayPal the address which is registered with PayPal.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address or customer failure to collect the goods from the courier company where requested) we shall refund the price of the products less all delivery costs. If we have to re-dispatch the order there may be an additional charge.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged, or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rnook.co.uk.
Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods & packaging are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us at info@rnook.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any agreed refund will be made to the card on which you made the purchase within 30 days.
